The on-call officer will only be giving phone advice unless in exceptional circumstances ie Police interventions or suspensions.
Out-of-hours will be covered by the Exec Team and the hours will be Mon – Friday (5 pm – 7 am), Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays all day.
